Participation on the said promotion is highly recommended to all English User customers, but we would like to appeal to players not to abuse any of our promotions.

When abuse of our promotion is detected, Zipang Casino has the right to cancel, not only the present promotion but also future and upcoming promotions. (e.g. Player receiving promotions without depositing or using player's money only benefits himself)

Zipang Casino has the right to limit the frequency of our players in participating in our promotions. The player's name, address and E-Mail address, the credit card / the charge card / debit card number, is verified on a regular basis as part of our security purposes. If a duplicate account of a participant is verified, Zipang Casino owns the right to limit the number of bonuses for each player.

Zipang casino has the right to judge the limits of group to receive promotions.

Zipang Casino has all the rights to change, modify or discontinue any of our promotions, anytime at any reasons without the knowledge of players.
In case that sudden loss or problem occurs to the players account, Zipang Casino will not hold any responsibility regardless of what substance it may be.

All our bonuses are sticky bonus and you can not withdraw these bonuses with your winnings. When you make a withdrawal, the bonus will be deducted from your casino account.

In accordance with Zipang Casino’s Condition of Use, bonuses are given to one active account (one account per household). If we found out that a second account was made, that account will be frozen and cancelled and the bonus and the winning of that second account will also be cancelled.

In any case that the player wants to withdraw without meeting the Minimum Wagering Requirement, Zipang Casino has all the right to deduct all his winnings, losses, bonuses and complimentary points from his current balance and the remaining balance is the only eligible amount the customer can withdraw. From then, he will loose the right to receive any kind of bonus forever.
But if the player received a special offer regarding Minimum Wagering Requirement when he deposited, Zipang Casino assures that the computation will be based on the said offer. (might be less than times 20) Please be advised that bets placed on all types of Sic Bo, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Blackjack Switch,Black Jack Surrender and double-up on any Video Poker are not included in computing for Wagering Requirement.

Once the player withdraws after depositing without getting the Initial Bonus, the player will not be entitled to have the Initial Bonus even if he made succeeding deposits again.

If there is no specific statement , player will not be entitled to get all promotions at the same time.

Zipang Casino has the right to investigate and study the transaction records of the player. If we found out that there is a problem or the player is not qualified, Zipang Casino has all the right to cancel the promotions given to the player.

In any case of, OPPOSITE BETS or SAFE BETS, Zipang Casino has all the right to deduct his winnings, lost, bonus and complimentary points from his current balance and the remaining balance is the only amount he can withdraw.

(OPPOSITE BETS ex: placing bets on both red and black in roulette is considered as a method to receive bonus and wager enough without any risk.)
